Shipping & Processing Policy
Processing Time
Regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, processing time still applies. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Note: Choosing expedited shipping only affects the transit time, not the time it takes us to process your order.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $30. Shipping rates for orders under $30 are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Only)

USPS Standard: 3–7 business days

UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days
These are estimated transit times and do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also log in to your account on our website to view order status and tracking updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is approved and we cannot meet your original deadline, we will either reprint the order or issue a refund.

Orders over $30 must complete the carrier's claims process before a refund can be approved.

If your item was delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Refund Policy for Shipping Delays
We do not offer refunds for delayed or late shipments caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping delays are out of our control and are unfortunately common—especially with USPS.
Please place your order early to account for potential delays if you need it by a specific date.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about whether we can ship to your area, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address on an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
