We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review the following policies regarding reprints, returns, and exchanges:
Custom Orders & Reprints:

We do not provide free reprints for customer-submitted graphic errors. Reprints are only issued if the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part.

As our transfers are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Refunds will only be processed for issues verified as resulting from our oversight.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:

Processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping option selected. Choosing a faster shipping method only applies to transit time and does not expedite the processing of your order.
Delayed or Late Deliveries:

We do not issue refunds for delayed or late orders caused by shipping carriers. Delays are unfortunately common, especially with USPS, and are outside of our control.

Please place your order with plenty of time for potential shipping delays, especially if you have a strict deadline.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

Refunds or reprints will only be offered in cases of lost or damaged packages.

If we cannot meet your deadline due to a lost or damaged item, we will offer a full refund or reprint.

Orders over $30 must go through the official carrier claims process before a refund can be approved.

Once a package has been dropped off with the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. For updates or issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns
Eligibility:

Returns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Heat transfers are non-returnable under any circumstances due to their custom-made, on-demand nature.
Return Process:

To request a return, email our support team at studio.attire.company@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide a return label if applicable.
Refund or Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or store credit will be provided based on your preference.
Exchanges
Eligibility:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for sizing or style changes.

Free Shipping on First Exchange:

Your first exchange within the eligible period qualifies for free return shipping, making it easy and stress-free.
Exclusions

Heat transfers and other personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Final sale items or those marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.
